The Artist’s Motivation (The Spectacle of Speed):
Norbert Tadeusz was fascinated by the physicality of extreme situations. His motivation for "Curva St. Martino" was to capture the explosive, dangerous energy of the most critical moment in a race—the turn. By using a dramatic, close-up perspective and a vibrant yellow field, he forces the viewer into the heart of the dust, sweat, and sheer power of the horses and jockeys. It is a visual dialogue between speed and control.
The Master's Process (Traditional Lithography):
This is an original color lithograph, hand-pressed on premium Handmade Paper (Büttenpapier). Each color was manually applied using heavy plates, allowing for the rich, saturated pigments and unique textures. The monumental scale (nearly 1.5 meters wide) required extraordinary technical precision, making this limited edition graphic work a masterpiece of traditional printing.
