General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

2. General Provisions and Definitions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties resulting from the purchase agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer through the e-shop www.artcollectiononlineshop.com.
Seller: ArtCollection Eri & Avi, s.r.o. (as per point 1).
Buyer: A natural or legal person who purchases goods through the e-shop.
Consumer: A Buyer who, when concluding the purchase agreement, does not act within the scope of their business or other entrepreneurial activity.
Goods: Artworks (paintings, graphics, etc.) offered in the e-shop.
3. Information about Goods and Price
A description of the main characteristics of the goods (dimensions, technique, author) is provided for each item in the e-shop.
Prices of goods are listed in EUR and are final, including VAT.
Prices do not include shipping and payment costs. Information about these costs can be found in the "Shipping and Payment" section on our website.
4. Order and Conclusion of Purchase Agreement
The Buyer selects goods in the e-shop, adds them to the cart, and completes the order form.
Before sending the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to check and correct the entered data.
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the Buyer sends a binding order and the Seller confirms the order (via email).

5. Payment Conditions
The Seller accepts the following payment methods:
Credit card payment via secure Stripe payment gateway: We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Bank transfer (deposit): The Buyer pays the purchase price in advance to the Seller's bank account based on instructions (payment details, account number, variable symbol) received after completing the order.
Due date: The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering by card. In the case of bank transfers, payment is due upon the amount being credited to the Seller's bank account.
6. Delivery Conditions
Goods are delivered by courier service (e.g., DHL, GLS, Slovenská pošta, Packeta).
Delivery time:
Slovakia: 2 – 4 business days
EU: 5 – 10 business days
Outside EU: 10 – 21 business days
The stated periods are business days from the receipt of payment to the Seller's account.

7. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
To withdraw from the agreement, it is necessary to use the Model Withdrawal Form. You can find the form in the "Refund Policy" section at the links below:

The procedure and conditions for returning goods and payments are described in detail in the "Refund Policy" section.
8. Complaint Procedure and Liability for Defects
The Seller is responsible for defects that the goods have upon receipt by the Buyer.
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods.

9. Personal Data Protection
The protection of the Buyer's personal data is governed by a separate document "Privacy Policy", which can be found in the footer of the website.
10. Final Provisions
Supervisory Authority: Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), SOI Inspectorate for the Nitra Region, Staničná 9, P.O. BOX 49A, 950 50 Nitra 1, Slovakia.
These GTC shall take effect and become effective on January 18, 2026.
