We offer **100% free** international shipping to all EU and non-EU countries. All shipping costs are included in the product price.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times:
– Slovakia: 2–4 business days
– EU countries: 5–10 business days
– Non-EU countries: 10–21 business days

Customs fees:
The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international shipments.

Damaged parcels:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Returns:
The customer may return purchased items within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: All artworks must be returned undamaged and in their original condition, exactly as they were sent.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
