Michael Eisemann

Michael Eisemann (born 1943, Tel Aviv) is a highly acclaimed Israeli contemporary artist, master printmaker, and painter, renowned for his vibrant lyrical compositions and sophisticated use of color. 

Early Life & Education: Eisemann’s artistic journey began in Germany, where he studied at the prestigious Academy of Art in Wiesbaden. This European foundation, combined with his Middle Eastern heritage, created a unique visual language that blends classical structure with a Mediterranean sense of light. 

Artistic Vision: His oeuvre is a celebration of the "joie de vivre" (joy of life). Eisemann is a master of atmosphere, moving effortlessly between dreamlike seascapes (inspired by the rugged coastlines of Normandy and Provence), intimate floral still lifes, and stylized romantic figures.
