General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") regulate the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from the purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the online store www.artcollectiononlineshop.com.

II. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
The ordering process is described in your "Terms of Service". The purchase contract is concluded by the seller's binding acceptance of the order. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order for the reasons stated in PART 3 of your "Terms of Service".
III. Prices and Payment Conditions
Product prices are stated with VAT included and do not include postage and packaging. Payment methods: [Your payment methods, e.g., online card payment, bank transfer].
IV. Delivery Conditions
Your "Shipping Conditions" and "Shipping Policy" apply. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier. Delivery times are only estimates.
V. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
The buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform the seller by an unambiguous statement (e.g., by e-mail or letter). For this purpose, the buyer may use the Model Withdrawal Form, which forms Annex 1 to these GTC.
The returned goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. The costs of return are paid by the customer.
VI. Complaints Procedure
The terms of the complaint are set out in a separate document "Complaints Procedure", which is an integral part of these GTC and is published on the seller's website.
VII. Dispute Resolution
Your text regarding the ODR platform and the SOI (Slovak Trade Inspection) applies. The supervisory body is the Slovak Trade Inspection for the Nitra region.
VIII. Final Provisions
The GTC come into force and effect on the date of their publication. The seller is entitled to change the GTC at any time.
